Rick Militello
Financial Advisor

Millitello Wealth Management LLC is a Registered Investment Advisor. As the lead Financial Advisor, Rick pulls from more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry to deliver financial planning, estate planning, employment plans, and investment services to individuals and local businesses.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Masters of Arts degree with a specialization in Organizational Development from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He began his career in 1990 with a local financial planning firm, later served as an independent financial planner and since 2002, has managed his own firm to help clients to meet their specific financial planning needs. He is one of the few members of the Royal Court*, an honor given to top producers at Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.

An active member of the Clayton community, Rick has joined the Clayton Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he has served as the vice president of the Friends of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville Wrestling program, sponsored alumni golf tournaments and worked with the university’s foundation to match donors for the wrestling team. Rick is one of the original investors of the Redi Shades temporary blind company and Avair, LLC. He has also partnered to develop a 60-acre home site and commercial development in Glen Carbon, Illinois.

Rick was born and raised in Illinois and currently resides in Saint Louis, Missouri, with his two sons, Luke and Drake.

Anna Sharevich 
Assistant to Rick Militello 

Born and raised in Belarus, at the age of 5 Anna started to play chess and achieved outstanding results representing Belarus internationally. She obtained her grandmaster title at the age of 20.

In 2012, she received a chess scholarship from Lindenwood University and moved to Saint Louis to get her Master’s Degree in Public Administration. After her graduation she worked as an executive assistant at the chemical company. However, after many years devoted to chess, Anna kept thinking about implementing her chess skills into business area. In summer 2014, she was honored to receive a chess scholarship from Webster University and became a member of the world famous “SPICE” chess team, which is currently holding the title of the National Champions.

Anna joined the team of Militello Wealth Management in September 2014. In December 2015, Anna completed her Master’s in Finance in Webster University, which gives her a great opportunity to implement her knowledge at work that she has been doing with Militello team.

John Falcetta
Client Service Manager 

John Falcetta was an advisor to clients for over 50 years. He focused on retirement, investment and tax planning. John has had a passion for the physical fitness field and is still very active. He resides in Belleville, IL with his wife Mary and has two daughters. 

Marva Simon 
Administrative Assistant to John Falcetta 

Marva was born in Long Beach, CA and was raised by her grandmother in East St. Louis, IL. Today Marva resides in Belleville, IL. She has lived in multiple states during her childhood as her dad was in the United States Navy for 30 years. She worked for Bank of America with 42 years of service and was an analyst at the time of her retirement. She became John Falcetta’s administrative assistant in 2004. 

Marva has always been creative and loves doing crafts of all kinds. She does a lot of tole painting plus other crafty creations too numerous to mention. She is also a 40 year member of the Shiloh Fraternal Order of Eagles and volunteers her time there on a regular basis. 

Martha Churchill 
Assistant to Rick Militello 

After growing up in St. Clair County, Martha moved around the country before landing back home.  She has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Planning business and is happy to be part of the Militello team, as of 2017.  She enjoys nature, photography, bicycling, swimming, hiking and making memories with grandchildren. 

Martha serves with the First Baptist Church of O’Fallon and is passionate about her faith, family and friends.
